How can I find out if I qualify for your free software?
The only people who can qualify for our free software are students with physical impairments and their teachers. To qualify for any of our free software you must fill in the online Student Qualification Form by clicking this link Student Qualify Form, and submit it to us.

How do I qualify for free software?
The only people who can qualify for our free software are students with physical impairments and their teachers. Once an online Student Qualification Form is submitted to us we will do the following:

  • We will contact the person who submitted the form for a particular student. This would be either the teacher, principal, or school administrator.
  • We will require some sort of written proof of physical impairment.

How can I upgrade to a newer version of a product?
If you are a REGISTERED user of the product you wish to upgrade, we will have your Product Serial Number and other information on file. You can fill in our online Customer Service Request by clicking on this link Customer Service. We will send you an email containing information on upgrading your product to the newest version.

How can I qualify for product updates?
If you are a REGISTERED user of our product and it has not been discontinued you can fill in our online Customer Service Request by clicking this link Customer Service. We will send you an email with further information.

Why does my product work in TEST-DRIVE mode only?
When your product starts it looks for certain information in various files in the directory where it was installed, and on your computer. If any of those files have been damaged in any way, or tampered with the software will automatically revert back to TEST-DRIVE mode. To correct this situation you can uninstall the software, and then install it once again. If the problem persists you can contact our Support team for assistance by clicking this link Support.

How can I Upgrade from the Standard Edition to the Professional Edition of a product?
If you are a REGISTERED user of our product and you wish to UPGRADE from the Standard to the Professional Edition of our product (if available) you can send a request to our Customer Service team by filling in our online form by clicking this link Customer Service. We will contact you with information on how to upgrade.
