Why does my product work in TEST-DRIVE mode only?
When your product starts it looks for certain information in various files in the directory where it was installed, and on your computer. If any of those files have been damaged in any way, or tampered with the software will automatically revert back to TEST-DRIVE mode. To correct this situation you can uninstall the software, and then install it once again. If the problem persists you can contact our Technical Support team for assistance by clicking this link Support. You must include your Product Serial Number in the subject line of your email message (our TEST-DRIVE Editions also include a product serial number in a text file called TDREADME.TXT).
