3How do I upgrade to a newer version of a product?If you are a registered user of our product we will have your product serial number and other information on file. You can send us an email to our customer service team by clicking this link Customer Service containing your name, product name, serial number, and version number. 5Why does my product work in TEST-DRIVE mode only?When your product starts it looks for certain information in various files in the directory where it was installed, and on your computer. If any of those files have been damaged in any way, or tampered with the software will automatically revert back to TEST-DRIVE mode. To correct this situation you can uninstall the software, and then install it once again. If the problem persists you can contact our technical support team for assistance by email by clicking this link Technical Support. You must include your product serial number in the subject line of your email message (our TEST-DRIVE Editions also include a product serial number in a text file called TDSN.TXT). You can call Function Key Software directly for assistance at (860) 563-3321. Please be prepared to provide your name, product name, serial number, version number, and any other information that might be requested. If you contact us by phone please be by your computer when contacting us.
